不明です。
稲荷神社なのでおそらく倉稲魂命（うかのみたまのみこと）だと思われます。
- 倉稲魂命（うかのみたまのみこと）
「うか」は「食物」という意味の古語で特に稲霊を表し、「み」は「神聖」、「たま」は「霊」なので、「稲に宿る神秘の霊」という意味。
稲荷大社に祀られる稲荷神として広く信仰されています。
